Can each facility see only its own data?
Row-level security policies on the data model limit the rows each person sees, by facility, department or any other column. They apply beneath every chart, export, drill-down and AI answer, and fail closed.

How do we keep identifying fields out of dashboards and AI answers?
Give a field a sensitivity label and the query engine masks its values for everyone except company admins, on dashboards, exports, shares, embeds and AI Chat. Filtering or sorting on a labeled field is refused. Labels are set through the model API today.

Who ran which query, and when?
Every query is recorded with who ran it, on which source, the SQL and how many rows came back, and kept for a year by default. Governance actions go to a tamper-evident audit log, and on the Enterprise plan you can export it to your SIEM.

An alert rule on the occupancy card is checked on the server and notifies the house supervisor by email, in the app or through a webhook when it crosses the limit.
