Share what you see, hear when it moves

Share the view you’re on as an image, annotated with a pen, a highlighter or text, or share the dashboard as a link; export the view as a PDF, Excel or CSV file, as your role allows. Set an alert rule above or below a threshold on a metric, checked hourly or daily, then pause it, or snooze it for yourself, from the phone.

    What changed since you last looked, your favorite and frequently opened dashboards, and the metrics you follow.

  • Library and search

    Dashboards, stories, reports and metrics in one place, with search across all of them.

  • Notifications

    Alerts from rules you created, rules that list you as a recipient and rules on metrics you follow, plus mentions, replies to your comments and items shared with you, with an unread count.

  • Alert rules

    Create an above or below rule on a metric, checked hourly or daily, then pause it, or snooze it for yourself, from the phone.

  • Share what you see

    Share a dashboard as an image or a link, or export the view you’re on as a PDF, Excel or CSV file, as your role allows; annotate an image with a pen, highlighter or text first.

  • Widgets

    A metric, the metrics you follow or a dashboard card on the home screen. Widgets show nothing about your data while the app lock is on.

Inside Mobile

Sign-in your security team will accept

Passkeys, single sign-on, emailed sign-in links and authenticator codes, with a biometric app lock that your organization can require. A signed-in phone can also approve a sign-in on another screen.

  • Accounts managed by your identity provider keep signing in through it
  • A retired app version must be updated before it opens
  • Several accounts can be signed in on one phone

Controls for your organization

Administrators can turn off offline copies of dashboards, and can require that every image shared from the app carries a watermark saying who shared it, when, and from which workspace.

  • Share options follow what each role may share and export
  • Exports respect the viewer’s data permissions
  • Annotations stay on the cards, never on the footer that identifies the picture

Is there an iPhone app?
Not today. The phone app is Android only. On any phone, dashboards also open in the browser with their phone layout.
Can I build dashboards on my phone?
No. The app is for reading. Building and administration stay on the web app and in Studio.
Does it respect our data permissions?
Yes. A dashboard opens with the same data rules as on the web: you see only the rows and columns your account is allowed to see.
