Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the DataSquares website and platform. By accessing the site or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Enterprise customers with a signed subscription agreement are governed by that agreement where it differs.

DataSquares provides a data analytics platform: connectors, pipelines, warehousing, dashboards, AI-assisted analysis, reporting, and governance features. Features marked Early Access are provided as-is and may change before general availability.

You retain all rights to data you connect to or upload into the platform. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service — storing, processing, and displaying your data to you and users you authorize.

You are responsible for having the rights to connect the data sources you configure, and for the accuracy of data you provide.

You agree not to misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with other tenants, no use that violates applicable law, and no reselling access without a reseller agreement.

We target the availability level stated in your plan. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support channels and response targets depend on your subscription tier.

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the site or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
