Shipping and Delivery Policy

Overview
DataSquares is an online service, so nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods and no shipping charges.
It is provided by Digisquares Technologies Private Limited and delivered over the internet. You use it in a web browser at app.datasquares.ai, and Studio for Windows and the Android app sign in to the same account.
When you get access
Free trial: your workspace is ready as soon as you verify your email, or at once when you sign up with Google or Microsoft.
Plans, seats, sizes and add-ons: active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.
AI credit packs and hour packs: added as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment.
Changes scheduled for the end of a period, such as fewer seats or a lower plan: they take effect on the date Billing shows.
Enterprise: our team sets the plan up on your workspace under your agreement. Where the agreement includes dedicated servers, they are set up by hand, and Billing shows how far that has got.
Invoices
Each plan, add-on or pack bought in the app comes with a payment request and, once paid, a tax invoice dated the payment day, both from Digisquares Technologies Private Limited, which you can download as PDFs under Administration → Billing → All invoices.
If something is missing
If a purchase does not show as active after the payment is confirmed, or you cannot sign in, write to support@datasquares.ai; for a question about a payment or an invoice, write to billing@datasquares.ai. To cancel, see our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
